Your Impact.
As Product Marketing Manager, you will play a leading role in ensuring our users get value out of the HealthJoy app. You’ll become an expert on our users (“members”), our products, and the market landscape and will use that knowledge to influence the product roadmap in partnership with Product Management.
You’ll conduct user interviews and have ownership over our user personas, strengthening them over time and working with Product Management and Design to create engagement programs and experiences tailored to those personas. One of your primary objectives will be to drive engagement and utilization within the HealthJoy app.
You’ll also be responsible for defining product messaging and go-to-market strategies for HealthJoy’s app feature releases.
This role is highly cross-functional, requiring partnership with many teams including Product Management, Member Services, Sales, Data, Design, and more.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Define and maintain HealthJoy’s user personas
- Develop deep knowledge of the user, our brand, and the benefits space to influence what we build and how it is positioned to our user audience
- Own product positioning, distilling key functionality and benefits into core marketing messages that motivate users to engage with HealthJoy
- Own our user communication strategy to drive utilization of the app, communicate new features, and gather member feedback on an ongoing basis
- Collaborate with Product Marketing Manager, Customer Experience to ensure continuity of messaging and that rollouts are coordinated (product launches that impact our users also impact our clients!)
- Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for new app features, ensuring the product has the functionality it needs to succeed, and launch activities are coordinated to drive awareness, usage, and achieve business KPIs
- Act as the voice of the user, bringing deep user empathy to the organization
Your Experience.
- Bachelor’s or graduate degree in a related field with 3-5 years of experience in product marketing (or a related field) in the SaaS, consumer tech, and/or healthcare space
- Experience working for a B2C and/or app-based company is a plus
- Experience building complex email marketing campaigns geared towards multiple audience segments is a huge plus
- Track record of translating insights into differentiated positioning that compels users to take action
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and driving alignment
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills
- Problem solver mindset with a high level of accountability
