We are searching for a brilliant Product Marketing individual to join our expanding marketing team to be the voice of the customer as well as develop and execute our go-to-market strategy for the portfolio. This role is a key one for the business so we are looking for someone with excellent understanding of what makes great product and marketing, and is exceptionally strong at executing. You will have a key role in the development and execution of marketing programs to enable effective selling, align product positioning with industry trends, and increase brand and product visibility through thought leadership activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, lead & execute go-to-market strategies to help grow and scale the business
  • Become the expert within the organization on the pain our customers feel and ensure we are positioning our products in such a way that they resonate
  • Develop go-to-market collateral, sales material, and competitive intelligence information to enable sales organization success
  • Be a business partner to the product team, such that you can perfectly articulate product value across all marketing and enablement
  • Work closely with the sales organization to develop, and deliver the sales enablement required to grow and progress pipeline
  • Work with Demand Generation manager to develop programs that drive demand and pipeline
  • Collaborate with Communications Specialist and Events Manager on product launches and partner activities to drive awareness and demand
  • Work with Content Manager to develop thought leading content which helps to establish our position as a forward-thinking organization in this space
  • Present the portfolio at industry events, conferences, media briefings, and customer meetings

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience in product, or marketing fields (ideally both)
  • Instinct for commercially beneficial marketing
  • Strong analytical skills; demonstrated capabilities executing end-to-end quantitative and qualitative customer research and effectively identifying and interpreting key findings
  • Demonstrated ability to work closely with product, PR, design, marketing communications, and sales teams
  • Ability to identify trends early on and both align our messaging with that and ensure the our organization is fully educated
  • Ability to take technical information and transform it into engaging, informative materials
  • Comfortable with ownership and accountability for key aspects of the company marketing strategy
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, and comfortable especially when dealing with vendors, customers, senior executives, sales and product teams and partners
