As a Product Marketing Manager you’ll be the person ultimately responsible for driving the adoption of new products and features for our customers and carrier base.   



  • Market intelligence – Follow key industry trends, understand competitive offerings and gaps, and use your insights to inform the company’s product roadmap
  • Understand our customers’ needs
  • Customer segmentation – Use quantitative and qualitative approaches to develop a strategic understanding of the needs of our customers and carriers, along with the dimensions along which they differ
  • Go-to-market: Identify target customer segments for new products; determine optimal mix of marketing and communication channels through which to raise awareness; advise on pricing and other related marketing parameters
  • Market positioning Craft a clear value proposition and competitive positioning for new offerings
  • Growth strategy
  • Digital Marketing & Demand generation – utilize digital channels and platforms (eg email, display, SEM, etc) to drive awareness, acquisition & conversion
  • Content creation - Develop sell sheets, video scripts, creative assets and other content to drive conversion & user engagement
  • Campaign management – Be the point person for executing end-to-end, cross-functional marketing campaigns
  • Product Analytics – Design, monitor, and make recommendations based on rigorous analysis of product related metrics
  • A/B testing – Design, implement and monitor A/B experiments related to both marketing campaigns as well as new product features
  • Cross-functional collaboration – Lead and facilitate activities and campaigns across multiple business functions including Sales, Operations, BI, Product, IT, and Finance



  • 5+ years of experience with at least 3 in a directly related field  
  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required; MBA is a plus
  • Industry experience in transportation or logistics preferred but not required
  • Experience with digital marketing and/or social media
  • Superior written communication skills in any form (slides, press releases, emails, marketing copy, etc)
  • Highly analytical; comfortable manipulating and analyzing data to support decision making
  • Empathetic; able to put yourself in the shoes of a customer and see the world from their perspective
  • Exceptionally detail oriented
  • Equally comfortable solving a problem analytically as you are with intuition and creativity
  • Technically adept; comfortable discussing new features and business requirements with a Product Manager or Engineer
