Department OverviewThe Motorola Solutions Experience Center team is responsible for planning, coordination and execution of customer visits from around the world to our corporate headquarters in Chicago. Planning and delivery of product/solution demonstrations is a key component to these customer visits. Internal proprietary events and solutions demonstrations also take place on a regular basis and supported through this team.A few times each year, this team engages as technical architects and storytellers (demonstration planning, network management, story flow, customer tours) at key trade shows in North America. The team consists of professionals who collaborate across various functional teams (marketing, product groups, sales professionals and more) to help drive successful visit and product demonstrations as part of the selling process.
Help our customers and work partners understand our portfolio through technology demonstrations and presentations.
Learn about and drive integration of new or acquired technology solutions along with bringing in new use cases into our customer experiences.
Partner closely with our marketing teams to assimilate new branding and messaging in support of our solutions and our corporate story.
Support the planning, coordination, design, and execution of events, trade shows and customer experiences where technology and demonstrations are represented.
Collaborates with key contributors (product teams, sales, marketing and an array of external work partners on product positioning.
Engage in experience center analytics and related reporting that helps drive decision making for advancement of the experience center.
1+ years of working experience in a customer facing role preferred
Must be comfortable presenting our solutions to small and medium sized groups
Comfortable working with technology
Software testing experience a plus
