What You'll Bring
Industry expertise in Digital Marketing and Media or a related discipline will allow you to ‘hit-the-ground-running’ in this fast-paced and growing business
Deep experience in digital advertising/marketing technology and delivery or ad operations, including requirements gathering, writing specifications and project management, are required
Contribute to the full Digital Marketing lifecycle; from sales engagement, communicating requirements, to final review of the solutions and data (such as match rates) with internal and customers, such as Customer Success and Sales
Responsible to execute on the delivery of custom solutions either within a platform or with internal development teams while maintaining documentation and reporting, tracking projects and deliverables, and communicating timelines effectively
Effectively balance business requirements with strategic initiatives and manage execution and delivery of projects
Work closely with the data teams and developers to ensure successful and timely implementation of technical requirements
Assist in developing end-to-end processing solutions, including design, setup, test, delivery, and documentation
Establish an expertise in our solutions and requirements necessary to drive customer success
Prioritize excellent service for both our external and internal customers while developing effective working relationships as you liaise across teams
Impact You'll MakeThe Delivery Operations Manager is a core team member within the Marketing Solutions organization that is responsible for working with stakeholders across the Transunion verticals to effectively deliver digital and data-driven solutions for our customers.
Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, project management, or similar
5+ years of experience in the delivery of digital marketing solutions and excels at roles in ad ops, technical project management/technical account management, client services or other operations related responsibilities
Experience leading requirement gathering efforts, writing order specifications, and ability to translate technical and functional requirements to internal teams
Familiarity working with data assets and running programs in media & marketing
Aptitude to think critically and problem-solve to deliver on customer needs & expectations, as well as aid in continuous process improvement
Extremely detailed oriented and ability to manage many large, strategic projects at once
Hold yourself and team accountable to deliver data/digital marketing projects by set deadlines and find areas to drive efficiencies in the delivery processes
Experience liaising with Sales, Partner Management, Customer Success, Data Science and Analytics teams, Product and Customers
Excels in working cross-functionally and is excited to work in a “startup” type environment
