Public Relations Account Executive
We’re looking for a PR pro to join Keeper’s Marketing team.
We are growing our in-house public relations team and need an experienced Account Executive to lead and take ownership of our business-to-business product line.
What you have to look forward too:
We’ll need you to showcase your mastery of PR and spin a large web for Keeper B2B products. You’ll manage Keeper’s full PR calendar and ensure everything is executed on time, on budget, and hits the bullseye! Your writing skills and original pitches have to get the attention of the media and you’ll secure placements in a variety of business, tech and security outlets. You’ll support our B2B sales team and take the lead on pitching verticals in the wide number of industries we serve (accounting, government, insurance, education, retail, SMBs, etc.) with the goal of gaining awareness of our products and services.
You must be a self-starter with fresh ideas, excellent writing and verbal communication skills. It is important that you possess the technical aptitude to learn how our products protect individuals and businesses from identity theft and data breaches.
You’ll be great here if you have:
At least 3 years of agency or related PR experience.
A degree in Public Relations or a related field.
Solid, established, relationships and results with media in business, tech and consumer sectors.
Have planned a PR calendar and executed it in full.
Strong writing and ideation skills.
The knack to know when to attempt a “newsjacking” and capitalize on current events.
Ability to create original and effective press releases and pitches to garner awareness and media briefings.
A fearless initiative to break into new media channels and create budding relationships with the changing media landscape.
Are fluent with Cision, Word, Excel, and PR Newswire.
Experience in media training and drafting of talking points
