AptAmigo's mission is to build trust, one person and one apartment at a time. We're building the best technology and service in a stale, dysfunctional industry (residential real estate brokerage). We are looking for a highly motivated individual looking to get in on the ground floor at one of the fastest growing real-estate technology companies out there. We just expanded to Denver in October, have grown 500%+ in 2018 and are on track to exceed that in 2019!

The Role

You'll be joining a rapidly growing company and play a direct role in supporting our rapid growth in Chicago, Denver, and beyond! This is a full-time position that reports directly to our CEO and will be responsible for all 2019 marketing initiatives.

Immediately your job will be to:

• Maintain and update all of our active marketing campaigns

• Develop new marketing initiatives and strategies (email, CTA, digital, etc.) to build the AptAmigo brand, directly with our CEO

• Solicit feedback from our current and past customers to help shape our software products

• Build and implement an email marketing strategy from scratch

That said, we're a start-up so we all do dishes sometimes. No task is beneath any of us.

Requirements

• Think globally, not locally: ability to juggle many tasks and transition smoothly from one to the next in a fast-paced setting

• Excellent attention to detail; nothing gets past you

• Strong communication skills - we 'under promise and over deliver'

• Interest in real estate

• Design or e-mail marketing experience is a plus
