HomeX is seeking a SEM Manager to lead online traffic growth. This deeply technical role requires an experienced SEM guru who will identify new areas of growth, own the strategy and execution across various levels, and manage budget and ROI. You will ultimately increase organic rankings and traffic of multiple online properties, decrease our cost to acquire, and monitor performance across our portfolio of companies. You will work with the Product, Business, and Marketing teams to win the lions’ share of traffic across the home services industry.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for building and owning our SEM and online growth programs end-to-end – we’re doing this all in-house. You’ll build a world-class team of specialists who set out to dominate our markets.
This role is based in our Chicago HQ and works directly with our senior leadership team.

REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of highly technical SEM experience
