Equilibria is building out a best-in-class Influencer team in 2021 to continue the exciting momentum of bringing balance to women across the nation.  We are seeking an experienced, positive, relationship-oriented Sr. Account Executive in Influencer Marketing to help us reach millions and convert thousands of women each and every month.  

 

Corporate Headquarters: River North, Chicago; Bioscience and Farm Operations: Longmont, CO.  Role is remote with opportunities for meet ups with team members when safe to do so.


 

Role Specifics

  • Account Executives are responsible for managing their individual book of business and for the success and growth of roster (50-70 influencer accounts) and the direct impact on EQ revenue goals. 
  • Build lists of quality influencer leads on a weekly basis in addition to our Influencer Marketing Assistant who provides vetted leads as well. 
  • Responsible for overseeing the full life of the relationship with the influencer. This includes, but is not necessarily limited to, securing the lead, negotiating contracts, onboarding, coaching, optimizing each account, and developing content as needed.
  • Consistent adoption of team tools and processes, including updating AspireIQ and our internal Master Partnership Tracker daily.
  • Performance monitoring. Monthly influencer CAC review with BD leaders to inform strategy for each influencer. 
  • Provide feedback on all influencer partners and how to optimize growth for future months. 
  • Compensation will include base salary plus a substantial monthly variable bonus dependent on both team and individual goals.

 

Qualifications

  • Must have 5-7  years of work experience, ideally in a digitally native, e-commerce marketing environment;  2+ of those years should be in influencer marketing.
  • Highly results oriented with proven ability to manage to sales goals; Experience as part of a performance-based, sales organization is a plus 
  • Proven knowledge of social platforms and how unique communities, influencers, and audiences are using them.
