AIM Clinics provides children with autism in under resourced areas the powerful, evidence-based treatment they were once unable to access. We’re an ambitious team working tirelessly to change the landscape of autism care and to ensure every family, everywhere, has access to Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

We are seeking a resourceful, energetic, and creative Senior Brand & Content Manager who is eager to bring ABA to communities that need it most.  This person will help enable our rapid expansion, leading efforts on how AIM Clinics represents its therapy and culture to clients, recruits, communities, and partners.  The Senior Brand & Content Manager will embrace and give voice to our mission, fill our funnel with qualified clients, and nurture families as they navigate the intake and therapy process.  This role provides a rare opportunity to stretch from high level strategy to tactical execution across many different marketing channels, representing many different business goals. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Strengthen and champion the AIM Clinics brand image, voice, and positioning
  • Leads all aspects of AIM’s digital and physical marketing (including but not limited to social media, website, digital advertising, email, blog, video, brochures, flyers, and signage)
    • Plans, executes, and monitors performance of marketing spend across channels within a defined budget
    • Writes and edits copy and project manages image development
    • Regularly reports on performance and tactics to company leadership
    • Proactively identifies ways to improve marketing effectiveness
    • Ensures brand image and voice remain consistent across all channels
  • Manages strategy and development of supporting tactics for critical business initiatives, working with cross-functional teams including:
    • With the Intakes team to design the customer experience journey, crafting brand experiences from initial ad exposure to celebrating graduation from therapy
    • With the Content and Clinical teams to develop a library of resources for parents and caregivers, as well as other community partners such as schools and physicians
    • With the Recruiting team to develop and execute strategies to attract and retain top therapist talent
  • Manages relationships with external agencies and designers
    • Meets regularly to coordinate project schedules and assess prioritization
    • Gathers project requests and feedback from other team members and represents AIM’s interests
    • Sources and manages additional resources and vendors as needed
  • Stays attuned to marketing, clinical, and legal developments, ensuring the organization is aware of best practices and remains compliant
  • Hires and develops a marketing specialist to drive marketing execution
  • Opportunities for role and team expansion as the organization continues to rapidly grow

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 5+ years of marketing experience; prior work in or a demonstrated passion for healthcare a plus
  • Strong editorial sense; skilled at communicating creative direction, providing feedback, and supervising tactical execution
  • Strategic thinker with experience across many channels; can piece together the right platform, copy, and graphics for effective campaigns
  • Ability to analyze results, develop reports, discuss, and optimize ROI
  • Collaborative and productive approach to working with cross-functional internal and external partners
  • Empathetic and caring nature; ability to understand the emotional position of AIM’s audience
  • Curious self-starter; willing and interested in proactively expanding his or her skillset
  • Strong work ethic with an attention to detail; adept at prioritizing and handling multiple tasks
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; comfort with Adobe, graphic design, content management systems, or video editing a plus
