Senior Conversion Rate Optimization Manager is responsible to drive strategy, development and execution of innovative, buyer-focused programs and campaigns to increase engagement through our client's top of funnel digital marketing campaigns, increase conversion rates in our storefronts, and support in reducing churn and consult on overall growth strategies. In this role you will be responsible for translating our Clients' needs into high-performing, impactful campaigns throughout the customer journeyfrom our clients. Your Background

  • 4-year degree from an accredited institution in Marketing or equivalent discipline OR appropriate combination of experience and education
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in web/UI/UX conversion optimization
  • Sr. level position requires expert level experience in the following areas:
    • Web analytics and online testing applications such as Google Analytics & Tag Manager, Optimizely, Adobe Target, Crazyegg, Google Optimize 360 etc.
  • Experience with user feedback platforms such as UserTesting, Qualaroo, Loop11, Kampyle, etc.
  • Experience with testing and optimizing responsive design for mobile sites and landing pages
  • Experience with the development, management, analysis, reporting and forecasting of media campaigns
  • Experience in digital marketing for lead generation, channels, sources, best practices and KPI's
  • Strong foundation in statistics with analytical & problem-solving skills
  • Deep knowledge of paid (PPC) and organic (SEO) search practice and methodology, including architectural and design competencies, content, and writing
  • Understanding in HTML, JavaScript, and JQuery
  • Experience within the e-commerce and digital marketing industry a plus

Your Responsibilities Strategy and Planning

  • Managing our global team-based Optimization & Testing roadmap and testing pipeline aligned with our strategy
  • Drive new business initiatives and partnerships to grow strategic and long-term opportunities
  • Coordinate execution for cross-functional programs and projects, identifying roles and dependencies, managing timelines and leading communication
  • Create and implement A/B testing programs including hypothesis, test design and implementation plans
  • Client Retention & Consultation
  • Create and maintain relations to key client accounts and serve as escalation point
  • Develop project roadmaps, testing plans and initiatives that improve user experience with content, design, and usability
  • Lead A/B and multivariate testing to continuously drive improvement in campaign performance and conversion across all platforms including but not limited to: landing pages, app store, paid, email, in-app, storefront
  • Manage multiple and concurrent test projects, keep them on schedule and within scope
  • Manage client's budgets, schedules, resources, and external agency/freelancers to drive flawless execution of multiple concurrent projects and client services
  • Drive process improvement to work more efficiently, and deliver a high-quality service to our clients
  • Own weekly client priority planning, identifying dependencies and scoping timelines
  • Forecast, measure, analyze and report on program and campaign ROI, with a focus on driving continuous improvement.

Reporting & Insights

  • Analyzing and reporting on conversion rates, average order, and lifetime value
  • Identify new opportunities using data from customers, product, and competitive research
  • Own Analytics tools and testing platforms to monitor and analyze all website data to identify opportunities for testing and site optimization
  • Lead analytics projects to monitor website performance, surface problems, establish benchmarks, and measure improvement
  • Create reports and dashboards that give visibility into performance and regularly present findings
  • Assist in planning and forecasting of KPI's including daily, weekly, monthly and annual order volume, traffic, conversion rates, average order values etc…

Thought Leadership

  • Keep pace with industry trends and best practices; recommend and initiate pilots of emerging technologies and approaches for improving services throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Training and mentoring of CRO Team Members
  • Conference Strategy - Determining conferences to attend and work together with Marketing, Sales and Digital Marketing Services
  • Act as an internal strategic and consultative resource to key functions of the company, providing actionable insights to inform key decisions; provide a ‘first look' into customer preferences and behavior in a rapidly growing digital environment.
