Affirm is looking for someone to lead the amplification of our brand. This includes operating at the intersection of creative development and GTM, developing multi-channel plans for our brand marketing, building robust measurement systems to quantify the impact of brand marketing, working with growth marketing to ensure a full-funnel approach to all brand marketing initiatives! You will work closely with our Brand Strategy leader and Creative Director on the development of campaign concepts and partner closely with other functions in marketing - including partner marketing, integrated marketing, consumer growth, and lifecycle - in order to bring brand work to life in a high-impact, measurable way. Said another way, we want you to be a highly-experienced operator who excels at using data, connecting the dots, bringing world-class brand work to market, and delivering results!
We are looking for a Marketer who is a self-starter that can both think outside of the box and work collaboratively across marketing. This person will have oversight of brand work coming to life across channels in ways that are innovative and impactful.
What You'll Do:

  • Build and lead a team that can drive the planning, creative development and execution of brand marketing campaigns across channels
  • Manage media planning and measurement for all brand-amplification channels - paid and unpaid
  • Apply expertise of marketing colleagues to bring brand marketing to life in a way that optimizes results across marketing's key goals/metrics
  • Manage internal and external resources responsible for amplifying our brand campaigns across awareness-driven channels
  • Provide leadership and partnership to key business partners including legal, finance, and the C-suite
  • Craft a clear roadmap and plan, demonstrating how brand will tie to critical metrics throughout the funnel


What We Look For:

  • 15+ years experience, preferably with time spent in a dynamic start-up environment and/or a public company.
  • Data-driven, self-starter, creative, problem-solver, critical thinker.
  • Collaborative demeanor; ability to bring people together.
  • Experience working across matrixed organizations to drive desired outcomes.
  • Strong communicator who is comfortable selling ideas both internally and externally
  • Agency and people management experience
  • Comfortable with tight deadlines and a fast-paced environment where things move and change quickly
  • Track record of building impactful programs from scratch and successfully working with C-suite executives
  • Proficient in performance marketing/working with performance marketing teams
  • Strong understanding of marketing analytics and experience working closely with an analytics team
  • Innovative approach to using data, tackling media planning and measurement
