Job Description
What You’ll Do
Drive brand awareness, consideration and quality application flow into the career site through recruitment marketing levers including but not limited to social media, paid search, and job boards to amplify Discover as an employer of choice.
Help execute strategies and report on campaign results. Monitor marketing trends and keep a close eye on industry trends in the talent marketplace.
Lead cross-functional teams as well as manage relationships with third-party partners and vendors, partners with cross-functional stakeholders and acts as a liaison to the field’s leadership, performing analysis to deliver data-driven candidate external attraction activities.
Act as a central point of contact for the recruitment agency working on the execution of the strategic plans, monitors activities for effectiveness using reporting and request additional data sources necessary to analyze new levers.
Work directly under Brand Manager to ensure that all of the goals are met with regard to the brand.
How You’ll Do It
Develop strategic recommendations through the use of hiring data, forecast plans and marketing/media performance while acting as the central point of contact for enterprise recruitment marketing requests and translates those requests into external efforts that align to the overall employer value proposition for Discover. (E.g. sponsored posts, PPC campaign management, programmatic optimization, retargeting, job description reviews, event engagement etc.).
Execute and lead recruitment external marketing efforts on the scheduling and delivery of media plans and offline activities and content calendar, identify high yielding events, networks, sponsorships and new relationships, maintain progress reports and provide regular status updates on performance of said campaign efforts to goals (multiple and concurrent efforts).
Manage all creative deliverables and timelines to ensure work is completed, delivered, quality controlled (and on budget).
Coordinate with Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) team, Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and Community Based Organizations to ensure a focus on diversity hires, and robust referral process and alignment to TA goals (e.g. military – Hiring Heroes, women, LGBTQ, minorities and underserved communities).
Qualifications You’ll Need
The Basics
2+ years of experience in Marketing, Recruiting/HR or Business
2+ years of experience in Microsoft Office Applications (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
2+ years of experience Project Management
2+ years of experience Time Management and Organizational Skills
2+ years of excellent verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills
2+ years of Creativity and Innovation experience
Bonus Points If You Have
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
