As the Sr. Manager of Paid Acquisition, you will join the Acquisition team responsible for driving new client growth. You are a Paid Search expert with experience in other growth/performance marketing channels.
Your primary objective will be to lead the Paid Search team - refining & executing a complex, global strategy, responsible for maximizing profitable performance for the largest Acquisition channel by budget & volume.
You will also explore opportunities to better integrate Paid Search within the Brand & Performance Marketing strategy. This position reports to the Director of Acquisition Marketing.
Your Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Lead and develop a Paid Search team to drive performance, strategy, optimization, and reporting
  • Collaboration: Partner with other teams (other Performance Channels, Brand, Analytics, Finance, Product) to align and achieve growth goals
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Data-driven approach to optimizing full-funnel performance (CAC:LTV, ROAS, CPA, etc)
  • Executive Presence: Represent the Search team in presentations and discussions with Leadership - strategy, performance, forecasting, etc.
  • Measurement & Attribution: Support projects that advance our marketing measurement & attribution capabilities
  • Test Agenda & Program Expansion: Create & execute data-driven test agenda to continuously optimize performance and profitably scale program, including unifying the Paid Search strategy with other marketing channels and seeking expansion opportunities in new channels to diversify our marketing mix

The annual base salary for this position in California and Washington ranges from $135,000 - $183,000. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum salary for this position in California and Washington, and individual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Additionally, this position is eligible for the annual bonus plan or sales incentive plan and eligibility to participate in our long term equity incentive program.
