Senior Marketing Automation & Technology Manager, Marketo + Salesforce

FourKites is looking for a Senior Marketing Automation & Technology Manager to execute marketing campaigns (using Marketo and Salesforce), manage and grow our contact database and own our lead lifecycle management (nurture, scoring, routing, assignment). This role will help us translate our strategic demand generation vision into reality through planning, organizing and executing marketing automation campaigns and implementing marketing technologies. They’ll also focus on optimizing our funnel and improving conversion rates in order to support our demand generation and revenue growth goals.

What you’ll do:
- Manage marketing email campaigns from production to analytics, through testing and deployment. Analyze campaigns to provide visibility and insights on results. Recommend improvements to increase open rates, click rates, deliverability and reduce opt-outs
- Support demand generation campaigns by testing and optimizing emails, landing pages, and web forms and by building campaign performance dashboards
- Ensure proper lead source tracking, lead attribution and attribution reporting
- Support demand generation goals by building, auditing and updating our lead management process, including lead nurture, scoring, routing and assignment
- Help us implement personalized messaging, delivering the right message at the right time in the buying journey across our website and email communications
- Grow database through targeted list building and contact acquisition
- Maintain database health via data cleansing and enrichment, audience segmentation, and list hygiene in order to improve deliverability and increase engagement
- Support SDR team by building email outreach sequences, monitoring their performance and making recommendations in order to increase response rates
- Manage external contractors or resources to help with day-to-day operations (drafting emails, landing pages etc) and data operations (research, cleansing, augmentation)
Desired Skills & Experience
- 5-6+ years of experience in marketing automation and lead lifecycle management (nurture, scoring, routing, assignment)
- 3+ years of comprehensive Marketo experience: database marketing, lead database management, marketing programs, design studio, analytics, lead scoring
- 2+ years of Salesforce experience, building Salesforce reports and dashboards
- 1+ years of experience managing Drift or other conversational marketing tools
- 1+ years of experience managing Salesloft or other sales engagement tools
- Experience in B2B marketing, analyzing & reporting on sales funnel, optimizing middle of funnel, executing targeted account-based marketing strategies
- A track record of executing personalized email marketing campaigns and lead nurture strategies that deliver measurable results
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS, ability to build and customize emails, landing pages
- Experience in Google Analytics, other common marketing tech stack tools
- Strong grasp of Marketing funnel performance analytics, tracking and calculating ROI
- Excellent project management skills, ability to manage multiple priorities while adhering to deadlines and communicating updates
- Creative thinking, technically capable, and a passion to iterate and improve processes
- Bias towards simplification. Approaches projects with automation and scalability in mind
