Senior Marketing Manager, ABM
Morningstar is looking for a stellar B2B enterprise marketing leader with a proven track record of hitting pipeline targets through effective account-based marketing strategies. The ideal candidate has a growth mindset, values a close partnership with sales, and has broad experience across ABM, webinars, events, email marketing, content creation, paid advertising, 3rd-party sponsorships, and more.
As ABM manager, you will develop, implement and optimize 1:1 and 1:few marketing plans consisting of multi-touch, multi-dimensional programs including both inbound and outbound tactics as well as managing 3rd party vendors to meet pipeline requirements.
Responsibilities
Design and execute account-based marketing strategy for Morningstar that drives pipeline from enterprise accounts in North America
Partner with Sales to develop account-based strategies to drive awareness and pipeline from target accounts
Work in coordination with field and customer marketing teams to align key program touchpoints (customer forums, executive programs, 3rd party events)
Create sales enablement materials aligned to campaign messages as appropriate
Constantly tune and optimize campaigns to increase conversion, reduce acquisition cost and increase ROI
Work with Marketing and Sales Ops to track, analyze and report on campaign performance across all channels
Proactively identify gaps, trends, standard methodologies, headwinds, and tailwinds that impact campaign outcomes
Work with Product Marketing to understand our content and messaging strategy, ideal customer profile, and personas to ensure enablement and regional consumption
Manage ABM budget and third-party vendors
Your Qualifications
5+ years of B2B Marketing experience
Bachelor’s degree
In-depth knowledge of lead generation tactics and sources
Experience leading campaign, events and field marketing for B2B SaaS company
Excellent verbal communication, organization, project management, and writing skills
Knowledge and understanding key technologies – SFDC, Eloqua, SFDC High Velocity Sales, Tableau, 6Sense, Bombora
Experience building relationships with a cross-functional team
Experience working with geographically dispersed teams and colleagues
