We’re just gonna give it to you straight – you’ll be responsible for the following:
Helping the executive marketing team create lead generation campaigns to recruit Loan Officers. And after you’ve successfully helped with that effort, you’ll also oversee the on-boarding marketing team who support new Loan Officer hires. A few of the activities important to the role include:
- Work with our Creative team to optimize copy, creative assets, landing pages, etc. for paid and organic marketing campaigns
- Research and analyze competitor advertising links and marketing campaigns; and provide context and recommendations to support our Media Team’s buying efforts
- Manage campaign effectiveness and expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and ROI
- Oversee the marketing on-boarding team charged with managing new Loan Officer activity including creation of new Loan Officer marketing assets, database uploading and organizing CRM training
- Support other ad-hoc marketing projects and other duties as needed from executive leadership
- Act as the gatekeeper for recruiting and on-boarding using our project management tool (Jira) – review and assign tickets, monitor queues and escalate issues for marketing on-boarding team
Here’s what you’ll bring to the table:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business
- Superior attention to detail and follow-up
- Comfort with creating concise and storytelling PowerPoint presentations from scratch, presenting to executives and building relationships with them
- Experience managing small teams (2-3 junior analysts)
- Ability to synthesize data and develop solid recommendations to support a marketing campaign
- Basic CPA and LTV analytical experience
- Ability to analyze data via Google Analytics and Tableau
- Advanced skills in MS Office specifically Excel and PowerPoint
- Adobe CS Suite experience a plus
- Experience working with internal design teams, project management tools, specifically Jira Service Desk, preferred but not required
- We work like a start-up so experience with juggling multiple hats is a plus
- 3-5 years of experience required
