Senior Marketing Project Manager

As a Senior Project Manager on our Marketing team, you’ll help shepherd our team and projects to ensure flawless execution of all marketing project deliverables. Our marketing team includes world-class strategists, conceptors, creatives, technologists and communication makers. We’re agile, and we create great work for our portfolio of brands.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Managing the delivery of high-quality projects on-time and on budget while ensuring the best possible team/user experience.
- Scoping projects and creating resource plans necessary to deliver on project goals and requirements.
- Forecasting staff resourcing needs for projects including both employee and contract resources.
- Maintaining and communicating the project schedule which defines activities, dependencies, effort, timing and staff needs.
- Raising and maintaining awareness of all project issues/risks and work with appropriate team members to find solutions. Coordinating activities of the project team and ensuring project tasks, including scheduling and facilitating project-related team meetings (i.e. kick-offs, status, internal/client reviews,) communicating action steps to team, and delivering weekly status reports to project team/client.
- Creating and managing media, content and product launch calendar(s)
You’ll gain loads of experience in this role but before you do, you should have:
- A Bachelors’ degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 8-10 years managing clients, projects in an agency or corporate setting and possess knowledge of project management process, workflow, and technology.
- An effortless ability to take ownership of initiatives with an innate sense of accountability.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to construct a process to solve any need that arises. Additionally, you love to ask “why” and seek to understand context and drive best results.
- A strong organizational skill set to help people of diverse skills and personalities stay on-track and on-task
- The ability to collaborate, follow-up and discuss feedback in 1:1 and group settings
- The ability to exhibit empathy, patience and determination, sometimes concurrently with strong interpersonal communication skills
- An adaptable personality with the ability to pivot quickly and manage multiple projects and re-prioritizations
- PMP certification is preferred
