Senior Paid Media Manager (Paid Search)

FourKites is seeking an experienced Senior Paid Media Manager (Paid Search) to help us accelerate our demand generation efforts. In this role, you will lead the planning, execution and optimization of advertising campaigns across all of our paid media channels.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute paid media campaigns across our advertising channels in order to build awareness and generate demand from our target audience
• Research, evaluate and execute paid media agreements with industry publications
• Archive specific cost-per-click and cost-per-lead targets through our paid channels
• Day-to-day management of advertising campaigns: build ads and landing pages, build target audiences and remarketing lists, monitor performance and manage spend
• Report on all paid media performance on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis. Optimize ad spend across all paid channels to maximize ROI 
• Manage external digital advertising and ad design agencies in order to scale our paid media strategy across multiple products, business units and goes (Americas, Europe)

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing paid media and advertising channels, specifically Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, Display and direct media buys
• 2+ years of experience implementing B2B ABM advertising strategies
• 2+ years of experience in copywriting and crafting compelling ad messaging
• Experience running ads to target personas across different stages of their buying journey
• Experience running ad campaigns across multiple goes: Americas and Europe
• Experience managing multiple agencies and allocating 7-figure advertising budgets
• Passion for analyzing performance and data-driven decision making
• Strong drive for building efficient processes and systems in order to scale
• Creative thinker with a passion for testing new approaches and regularly experimenting
• Excellent project management skills. Thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments
• Highly-motivated self-starter. Creative problem-solver. Strong communication skills
