Our Marketing team creates world-class content and data-driven marketing solutions that communicates the value of DocuSign’s Agreement Cloud to reach more customers and help them understand the potential impact DocuSign can have on their business. We design creative for a new business campaign. Refine messaging around new product launches. Organize captivating customer events. Develop innovative social media campaigns. Collaborate on playbooks and training with the Sales team. Marketing is the face and voice of DocuSign and plays a key, high-impact role in how we tell our story.
As Senior Product Marketing Manager, Industry Insights, you will develop research and analysis that will be leveraged by marketing, sales, and business development teams. You will analyze internal and external data to identify trends, utilize both first-party and third party research, and work with subject matter experts internally to develop insights that support our industry team. You’ll define and create a scalable, repeatable approach to developing industry insights and collaborate cross-functionally to create content and tools that shape our go-to-market strategy and product roadmap.
This position reports to the Sr. Director of Industry Marketing
- Develop analysis and insights using internal data sources, including sales, product usage, and account technographic information.
- In conjunction with industry marketing leads, develop research plan that supports marketing and sales objectives.
- Establish systematic approach to learning from customer deployments, including subject-matter-experts from DocuSign’s Customer Success organization.
- Collaborate with our enablement team to develop programs and content that enable sales field on industry insights
- BA/BS degree
- 6 + years consulting, research, or B2B software marketing experience
- 8 + years business experience
- 2+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS
- Mix of strategy, marketing, sales (direct, partner, e-commerce) and technical skills
- MBA from top-tier school
