About the role
We’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to steer the go-to-market team’s product adoption and messaging strategy for Screencastify’s entire video creation suite. You’ll own and manage Screencastify’s internal and external messaging, product adoption, competitive analysis, collateral and resources, and launch communication.
You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Product to build expertise in all areas of our product-led growth strategy and how it relates to our product messaging — participating in every phase from ideation to implementation.

What you'll do
In 30 days you will have:
- A clear understanding of our vision, mission, and goals and how those pertain to our current user journey and funnel
In 60 days you will have:
- Kickstarted proactive initiatives that both drive Screencastify value to our users as well a have a positive impact against crucial KPIs within the business
- Begun working with the Product team in bringing meaningful value-based features to market
In 90 days you will have:
- Become an integral part of our Product roadmap process and success
- A stronger vision of the Product Marketing function at Screencastify in order to inform where we drive the most value to our users and against our KPIs
- Crafted and/or updated competitive analysis landscape for all of Screenastify’s products
In your first year you will have:
- 2023 success under your belt and be a major contributor to strategy and tactical direction as we move into 2024 planning
- Steered product-focused messaging, strategy, and the onboarding experience for millions of users to maximize their use of video to enhance and augment their lessons and communication
- Had a direct impact on Screencastify usage rates and adoption
You're perfect for this if you
- Have 3-5 years of experience in Marketing and Product Marketing functions
- Have familiarity with project managing for content development and training resources
- Strategic thinker with a track record of kick-starting and executing product-line initiatives
- Exceptional writing ability for both short-form and long-form content
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast pace environment and strive to achieve goals
- Experience with best-of-breed marketing automation and tracking tools
- Experience leveraging data and analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, Pendo, Mixpanel etc.) to understand and analyze product adoption, dropouts, etc.
