Job Description Summary

This Senior Program Marketing Manager position at CCC Information Services will be responsible for all insurance carrier market facing activities. You will develop the messaging and positioning of products and services, and you'll conceive and develop innovative marketing programs that drive demand and shorten the sales cycle. An attention to detail, managing multiple priorities, along with the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into key differentiators is crucial. In your role as a Senior Program Marketing Manager you will be the subject matter expert in understanding the customers buying criteria and will transfer that knowledge and the deliverables to the sales channel for optimum results.

Job Duties

Direct and execute all of the marketing activities that motivate insurance carriers (APD Claims, Casualty Claims, Underwriting and Marketing) to join the CCC ONE network
Provide guidance and best practice advice to insurance carriers who are marketing telematics-based insurance offerings to their customers.
Sales enablement – communicate the value proposition of the solutions to the sales team and develop the sales tools that support the selling process of the solutions
Demand generation – develop the strategy and manage the marketing programs that drive demand for the solutions
Manage online marketing content and promotional demand generation campaigns.
Understand and apply knowledge based on competitors, corporate mission, technological solutions, product strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats

Qualifications

- BS/BA or equivalent required, MBA preferred
- 8-10 years of product marketing experience, must have B2B marketing experience
- Strong understanding and experience within the insurance domain is highly preferred.
- Demonstrates strong communication & presentation skills, presenting to CEO and VP levels
- Project management skills and time management; handling & prioritizing tasks
- Experience analyzing, negotiating and managing undefined complex projects
- Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Works well across functional and technology service groups
- Generates multiple alternative solutions and makes systematic comparisons of them
- Successful track record of growing new product sales
- Able to cite specific examples in which you have successfully operated in a cooperative/ collaborative way while involving multiple parts of the management teams in the sales and marketing process
