Job Description Summary

As a Social and Paid Campaign Specialist for CCC Information Services, you will be responsible for digital campaign execution including lead generation, audience development, and evaluation of campaign performance with analytics and reporting. This role is responsible for Google AdWords programs and social media marketing (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc) and will work in collaboration with the Web/SEO Manager and Content Manager to tell our story and reach target audience through our digital channels.

Job Duties

  • Demand generation – execute the digital marketing programs that drive awareness and demand for CCC products/services as well as that generate awareness of CCC among key constituents
  • Social Media Marketing – Manage content calendar and oversee marketing activities across digital channels including post development leveraging Social Sprout
  • Analytics & Optimization -- Develop reports to illustrate campaign performance (return on investment) by leveraging tools like Google Analytics and Salesforce Pardot
  • Optimize digital campaigns to continuously improve performance
  • Report on competitor digital activities and new trends / opportunities
  • Manage digital spend

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience
  • BS/BA or equivalent required
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Google AdWords
  • Experience managing social media platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter
  • Experience with Marketing Automation Software, Salesforce Pardot experience preferred
  • Analytics reporting and dashboard creation experience
  • Demonstrates strong communication and presentation skills
  • Project management skills and time management; handling & prioritizing tasks
  • Writing training materials and troubleshooting documentation
  • Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Works well across functional and technology service groups
