ReviewTrackers is currently looking for a passionate, self-motivated, and collaborative Social Media & Digital Community Strategy Manager to join our marketing team. The social media & digital community manager will be a proactive self-starter and apply resourcefulness, curiosity, and data-driven decision making to concept, execute and manage scalable social media and digital community strategies with the objective of distributing content, growing web traffic and brand awareness and generating engagement and qualified leads. How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Conduct research, pull and analyze regular reports and creatively and strategically produce and leverage content and creative to build and execute multi-channel social media and digital community campaign strategies across Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and others to support content marketing, marketing nurturing, product marketing and other company initiatives
  • Project manage and collaborate directly with the demand generation and product marketing teams as well as additional departments, agencies, content creators and other resources to build web traffic, brand awareness and demand in order to engage, re-engage, nurture and convert prospects throughout the buying journey
  • Manage ReviewTrackers’ own reputation management/review strategy and leverage digital channel outreach to assist with content distribution, backlink development, content partnerships and audience engagement and other web traffic-driving tactics
  • Possess strong familiarity with Google Analytics, Salesforce, native social platforms and other reporting tools to build reports and dashboards to analyze site and campaign conversion performance, gain insights and apply them across omni-channel strategies 
  • Have curiosity for learning and implementing new technologies, platforms, skills and programs as well as A/B testing and analysis to optimize and scale efforts for the department in new and unique ways

What you bring to the table:

  • A love of collaboration, ongoing learning, adaptability and trying new things
  • Ability to produce/execute cohesive, attention-grabbing multimedia content, live video, etc. for YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc. - experience with Quora, Reddit, TikTok, etc. & brand ambassador and influencer programs a plus 
  • Experience with enterprise communications, PR, press pitching and building and interacting with engaged digital communities
  • Ability to identify addressable markets and segments via data to build campaigns that resonate, drive traffic and convert
  • Strong attention to detail and stellar written and verbal communication, especially with regard to social platforms
  • Familiarity with SaaS products, mid-market and enterprise environments
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, HubSpot or other CRMs; experience with Google Analytics and multi-channel attribution, campaign influence or other reporting/analytic platforms and models a plus
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Location

Located in The Loop, our Chicago headquarters is a quick walk to public transportation options such as the CTA and Metra. We're close to Millennium Park as well as a variety of trendy restaurants and shopping venues. Our team is mostly remote, but our office is open to local and visiting employees!
