Do you eat, sleep and breathe social media? We are seeking a social media manager to build a best-in-class social media strategy to grow channel engagement, brand equity and ROI for our firm. We are looking for someone who loves data and can identify and measure social media key performance indicators. The right social media manager for Wipfli would be proactive and innovative in developing strategies to drive business results — and be comfortable communicating those strategies to diverse groups inside our firm. While we want someone who lives in social, we also need a big picture thinker that understands our entire multi-channel marketing strategy and can align social with our business goals. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the firm’s social media strategy across all channels. Collaborating with marketing leadership, develop a strategy that blends firmwide initiatives while maintaining social media presence for all business divisions.
- Set, measure and regularly report on key social media KPIs, including follower growth, engagement, amplification and leads.
- Advance the firm’s community management plan to monitor, listen and engage with our social communities in real time.
- Accountable for maintaining brand consistency, presence and reputation on social media.
- Collaborate with cross-functional marketing team members to understand and ensure alignment with overall brand and content strategy as well as strategies by industry, service and geography.
- Develop social listening strategy to measure brand value, research competitor landscape and identify industry trends.
- Apply forward thinking mindset, proactively exploring and identify new social channels, platforms and tools for the firm to leverage.
- Accountable for following social media budget. Ensure maximization of ROI across target platforms. Drive strategy for growing engagement and leads for paid social media campaigns.
- Grow strong, trusting relationships between our marketing team and agency partners, providing insight and support during strategy, ideation and execution.
- Develop relationships and engagement strategy with key industry thought leaders and influencers on social media.
- Provide education, training and tools to grow associate engagement and influence on social media. Develop and execute social media employee advocacy strategy.
- Ability to train and direct marketing staff on social media execution. Ensure Social media optimization of all content.
- Consult with our talent & culture team on effective strategies for recruiting on social media.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, digital media or equivalent
- 5+ years of job-related experience
- Experience with social media management platforms (Sprout Social preferred)
- Experience developing, executing and reporting on paid social media campaigns
- Ability to think creatively and present new digital content ideas
- Excels in communication and teamwork skills
- Can translate firm and division strategy into measurable steps and projects
- Agency experience or managing multiple brands would be a plus
