Position Summary:

We are looking for someone who is positive, motivated, and excited about an opportunity to prove themselves at a growing business in the tea industry. Being part of a small, growing business, you will be expected to complete a wide range of marketing duties that ensure that the daily marketing operations run smoothly and will make a real impact on our business.

About Tiesta Tea:

Here at Tiesta Tea, we're on a mission to create tea beverages with real ingredients that taste good and do good. We were founded on March 12, 2010 by young entrepreneurs (our co-founders, Dan & Patrick) and our team is made up of hard-working individuals who make things happen with grit and tenacity and have a good time doing it. Responsibilities:

  • Manage campaigns and day-to-day activities across all social media platforms while creating, curating and managing all digitally published content (images, video and written) Platforms include, but are not limited to: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest

  • Develop digital campaigns to increase web traffic, promoting products and reporting customer feedback

  • Manage outreach and relationships with social media influencers and retail partners

  • Manage Facebook Sales Channel through Shopify

  • Assist with ongoing sales needs and maintain client relationships

  • Monitor campaign results and complete analytical tracking and reporting

  • Assist with small design projects through the use of Adobe applications and work with Tiesta Tea’s graphic designer on larger initiatives

  • Respond directly to all social media inquiries and marketing customer service questions received through social media outlets using the company’s voice and guidelines 

  • Implement new cross-promotional projects and systems with clients, customers, and marketing partnerships

  • Provide support for marketing team including assistance in event coordination and giveaways

Education/Experience/Qualifications:

You’ve got to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field.

  • Willingness and ability to grow and maintain partnerships and relationships throughout Tiesta Tea and with all of our friends in outside companies

  • Strong project management and communication skills, and willingness to think outside the box

  • A positive, can-do attitude

  • Adaptability to a fast-paced work environment where every day is different

  • Tenacious writing skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills

  • Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines

  • Passion for innovation, entrepreneurship, tea, and Living Loose

It would be nice if you had:

  • Comfort/familiarity with adobe suite products

  • 1-2 years of experience in social media management (other than your own) 

  • Strategic SEO knowledge/experience

  • Video production/editing skills

  • Email marketing experience using Klaviyo or similar platform
