Solution Marketing Manager
Calling all passionate product and solution marketers with strong technical backgrounds and a real eagerness for SaaS technology! We are looking for a Solution Marketing Manager to support the positioning, messaging and go-to-market for FourKites Core Tracking platform and other product lines within our portfolio in the future.
FourKites’ core tracking algorithm uses real-time data from the largest GPS, ELD and telematics network, combined with predictive weather, traffic and mode-specific routing to generate the industry’s most accurate arrival time predictions.
With our Core Tracking platform’s scale and breadth growing every year, we need an experienced Solution Marketing Manager who can help us clearly communicate the benefits of the platform in a compelling way to our customer base and prospects.
The ideal candidate has experience in the enterprise software space and role excels in understanding customer-centric and market-based requirements and how they pertain to FourKites’s solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with product, sales, and other marketing team members to build and deliver differentiated messaging and positioning for the FourKites platform
- Be the expert on buyers, influencers, and the buyer’s journey: document the buying process, buying criteria, and the key pain points the buyers are trying to address
- Create solution content (e.g. sales enablement documentation, case studies, product videos, website copy, blog posts, Quora/forum responses, sales and executive presentation decks) and work cross-functionally to activate the content as appropriate
- Educate both internal and external stakeholders about platform features and benefits
- Assist Sales on calls with prospects when appropriate to provide deeper dives into the product
- Act as thought leader and evangelist for the platform, including internal training, external speaking engagements, analyst calls, and written work
Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience in product or solution marketing in enterprise software, supply chain domain experience a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (including experience creating sales/marketing collateral and customer case studies)
- Proficiency in content management systems. You will be expected to build product pages, optimize the conversion paths on those pages, and use dynamic calls-to-action to create and test buyer stage-specific calls-to-action.
- Prefer working in a collaborative, cross-team capacity. This role requires you to work across functions and departments to bring the product to life. You are at the center of our entire organization, constantly interacting with teammates and prospects.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience
