TransUnion is looking for an energetic demand generation marketer to develop and implement acquisition strategies and programs for one of our fastest growing business units. You will serve as the primary liaison between business leadership and the marketing team to translate the business strategies and objectives into lead gen programs that deliver measurable results. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong understanding of lead generation best practices, the end-to-end marketing funnel, sales pipeline and conversion particularly in the SMB market. What You'll Bring:
- Strong experience building lead and demand generation programs in the SMB space
- Experience creating and executing ROI-driven marketing campaign with various types of lead generation programs, including but not limited to email, web, content driven programs, print, social, PPC, SEO, etc.
- Data-driven; proven ability to leverage campaign results to drive strategy.
- A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business field required with 5+ years of progressive experience in marketing.
- Experience in B2B marketing role working with an inside or outside sales team.
- Must be well organized with excellent analytical and negotiating skills, combined with superior oral and written communication skills with a temperament to represent, persuade others, and negotiate in the best interests of the company.
- Ability to lead, manage and execute multiple projects with varying due dates and requirements.
- Proficiency in PPT, Excel and Word.
- Experience working in salesforce and marketing automation programs.
Impact You'll Make:
- Define and own all lead generation strategies and programs focused on driving acquisition of SMBs
- Collaborate with channel partners to form demand generation programs including digital and content marketing, print, web, social SEO, SEM, PPC and other campaigns from planning through execution and reporting.
- Leverage marketing automation and CRM tools including Eloqua and Salesforce to optimize campaign performance
- Measure, analyze and report on the lead-to-close process, sales and marketing program effectiveness, and campaign ROI and outcomes, draw insights and present results clearly to marketing, sales and executive management to facilitate sound decision making and campaign optimization.
- Provide visibility into marketing campaign results and measure campaign effectiveness, including outbound marketing metrics, lead distribution, opportunity stages, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
- Work with internal stakeholders including marketing communications, creative teams, sales ops, sales, product teams, agencies and vendors as needed for campaigns and other projects.
- Track and manage to budget for programs
- Work closely with inside sales teams and SDRs on new campaign activities and areas of opportunity.
