If so, please keep reading! Grubhub is seeking to add a Sr. Associate of Product Marketing to our growing B2B Driver Marketing team and own the Grubhub for Drivers product marketing strategy. For this dynamic, cross-functional role, we're looking for a "customer-obsessed" innovator who can drive adoption and influence product development, while advising on best-practice communication with our delivery partners. The ideal candidate is a creative and entrepreneurial self-starter who is passionate about product marketing, thrives on creative problem-solving in a fast-paced environment, and has a strong desire to make an immediate impact. This role will report to the B2B Sr. Marketing Manager.
The Impact You Will Make
- Support and measure the deployment of complex multi-channel projects to drive acquisition, adoption, and retention across driver segments, with rigorous ongoing analysis.
- Develop and deploy go-to-market initiatives that drive awareness of and engagement with Grubhub's driver app.
- Build and execute digital (e.g. email, SMS, push notifications, web, social media, blog posts) and traditional channel programming (e.g. mailers, events) that motivates drivers to deliver more frequently and efficiently (e.g. improve their performance and earn more).
- Align with stakeholders from our Driver teams including Logistics, Product, UX, Research, and Care on product launches and driver lifecycle marketing efforts to support adoption and engagement with Grubhub for Drivers platform and features.
- Develop processes to understand customer success, package insights, and promote them to drive customer adoption. Build product educational content to nurture delivery partners at every stage of the lifecycle.
- Collect and regularly report on learnings, best practices, and app usage through available analytical tools to enable continuous improvement.
- Establish success metrics and identify new data needs to achieve them.
- Ensure that all campaigns and feature releases have clearly defined success metrics which are tracked and analyzed, along with behaviors that contribute to delivery partner success.
- Own app store optimization in collaboration with Driver Marketing acquisition role(s).
- Serve as the evangelist to Product for marketing and communication best practice across driver product interaction ensuring message continuity for a seamless driver experience.
- Keep abreast of emerging and best practice digital, mobile app, and delivery trends to pilot proof of concept work and special projects. Understand and apply emerging and best practice digital, mobile app, and dining trends to pilot proof of concept work and inform strategy
What You Bring to the Table
- Bachelor's degree in a related concentration or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in product marketing with digital focus, preferably in the B2B, Logistics, or tech space
- Proven track record of working cross-functionally at the strategic and tactical level to develop and execute innovative and effective campaigns
- Mastery of MS Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel
- Celebrated project management skills, positive attitude, and preference for a fast-paced environment with sense of autonomy
- Experience using a marketing automation tool or customer engagement platform (e.g. Marketo, Hubspot, Braze)
- Strong analytical skills with data driven approach for measuring marketing programs and campaigns, tracking success metrics and extracting actionable insights
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to present plans, influence others and build relationsh ips
