What You'll Bring
At least 7+ years leading enterprise scale Agile adoption and transformation, hands-on and practical in nature.
You have knowledge and experience of various marketing measurement models and data visualization tools, and a genuine passion for data. You can craft a story using data and insight, and are expertly capable of strategically guiding the right mix of insight to drive action.
A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required; Master’s Degree preferred.
You are organized, proactive, curious, and solution oriented, and are looking for ways to contribute added value. Critical thinker able to toggle between nimble and fast, and deep and rigorous. Entrepreneurial leadership style, with strong tolerance for ambiguity and complex organizational environment
Team player with strong collaboration and influencing skills; ability to interface and build relations at all levels internally and externally. You are a confident communicator and listener.
We’d love to see:
You have developed a successful Marketing Effectiveness program working in a global matrix environment or led an agency service model to be scalable and flexible.
Solid experience in strategy, planning, budgeting and financials.
Impact You'll Make
TransUnion has a need for a leader to build the Marketing Effectiveness discipline inclusive of strategy, the Agile practice, metrics and reporting, and optimization of processes and policies. This leader will be responsible for transforming the overall global marketing system to ensure alignment between strategy and execution, consistent contribution to business outcomes and drive efficiencies while enabling marketing to do more. You are a change agent for Global Marketing. You will drive the 3 year annual strategy, portfolio and financial planning process for Global Marketing, and implement Lean Portfolio Management practices to ensure synchronization between strategy and portfolio. You will lead the effective prioritization of work to contribute maximum stakeholder value and deliver amazing experiences. Global Marketing is a key contributor across our global, market, vertical and solutions matrix, and alignment, partnership and coordination across multiple teams is critical to success.
You will improve the Global Marketing Agile practice to increase customer centricity, and ensure predictable, timely, quality and innovative value delivery to our many stakeholders.
You will architect and design Marketing’s global people and location strategy for future growth and transformation ensuring our marketing talent, their development in key skills, and our strategy for global outsourcing/agency work enables the agility and capacity needed for the future
You will design and implement a marketing measurement program and attribution model to guide marketing efforts and spend, and measure and steer outcomes. You will lead a team of marketing scientists and analysts to provide insight on experience optimization, marketing campaign effectiveness, contribution to revenue, profitability and CLTV, return on marketing investment, brand awareness and relevance, and more
You will standardize and streamline marketing processes and activities to eliminate waste and improve efficiency and effectiveness and provide standard executive, stakeholder and customer reporting and dashboards.
