Sr. Marketing Manager, Brand, Communications, and Partner Programs
The Role
The Marketing Brand, Communications and Partner Program Senior Manager is responsible for supporting and executing organizational initiatives that will communicate and build Fusion's message to the market through Fusion's proprietary, partner and third-party programs.
- Drive wide range of communication initiatives, to drive lead gen and awareness.
- Develop partner programs.
- Build strong brand presence.
Responsibilities
Branding
You will own Fusion's brand guidance, from managing the brand style guide, aligning the website branding, creating and distributing templates, and creating and maintain a training program. You will also offer consultation to other departments regarding brand alignment.
Partner Program Development
You will be a critical lead in developing our partner program interaction and joint go-to-market positioning, communications and assets. The role will also lead co-branding opportunities and programs with partners and third parties.
Communications (External and Internal)
You will be the main contact for internal and external communications and the main liaison with our Public Relations agency. You will ensure brand and goal alignment in communications, including press releases, byline articles, media placement opportunities, thought-leadership articles, award submissions, and more. You will liaise with Executive Leadership and HR on all internal communications.
Social Media
You will be responsible for Fusion's brand presence on all social media channels as well as the planning, execution, and development of all Fusion branded posts to maximize the awareness and lead generation of these activities.
Content Development and Thought Leadership
You will, working with other Fusion professionals, develop and manage the Fusion messaging framework, the company's blog and other thought leadership materials including white papers, podcasts, case studies and other various content-related items.
Website Management
You will work closely with the Digital Marketing to manage the website content, design, and development. The role will include aligning website and other digital outlets with overall GTM campaigns and launches as well as coordinating with the partner programs and third-party sponsorship.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 5-7 years' marketing experience, preferably in an enterprise B2B environment
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM (Pardot, Salesforce) to manage and results reporting on initiatives.
- Strong analytical and project management abilities, working against deadlines.
This position may be performed remotely anywhere within the United States except for the states of New York, California, and Colorado.
