Sr. Marketing Manager
We are seeking a self-motivated, results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to build and optimize the revenue machine to support our high-powered B2B sales model. The ideal candidate is eager to get in on the ground floor of a fast-growing team, thrives in a dynamic environment and can expertly define and own new processes while identifying opportunities for improvement. You’ll partner with Sales and Marketing teams to empower a large national sales force and drive revenue across the organization by designing, launching and tracking campaigns that nurture leads and engage prospects through market segmentation and a go to market strategy. You’ll add value to the business by jumping right in to seek solutions, set new processes and combine your knowledge of marketing automation, sales prospecting and inbound and outbound programs to impact business development and overall revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with SVP of Marketing to onboard new sales and marketing automation tools
- Create structures, operational flows and best practices using company goals and departmental metrics
- Provide value-added insights in all testing and optimization of campaigns to increase conversion rates
- Optimize campaign performance through A/B testing, lifecycle management, personalization, strategy and dynamic content management
- Work strategically to optimize content for search and repurpose content across channels (email, social, web, mobile, display etc.)
- Create and optimizing forms for lead capture
- Define repeatable, actionable processes as well as work closely with the analytics team to monitor and report on ROI, metrics and marketing effectiveness
- Develop customer personas, segment audiences and work with Marketing team to mine new sources for leads
- Experience in traffic and lead generation (PPC and CPM advertising, SEO and SEM, etc.)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with five to seven years of experience
- MBA preferred
- Minimum of three years working with CRM (SalesForce.com) and Marketing Automation platforms (Marketo, Pardot, Engage)
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and ability to incorporate into all facets of marketing programs
- Highly collaborative and open to working across multiple departments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Vigorous attention to detail, problem-solving abilities and analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to use marketing automation to drive bottom line revenue
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
