Responsible for executing the overall Search Engine Optimization strategy for SurePayroll. Oversees strategic SEO projects and performs organic search analysis, planning, and execution of optimization efforts in support of the SurePayroll website, in order to maximize returns, increase awareness and generate leads.
Leads the development and deployment of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) efforts for the SurePayroll website, in line with the overall Digital Marketing strategy.
Executes SEO tactics, including On-Page and Off-Page SEO strategies and the ongoing evaluation of keywords, content and metadata, campaign performance tracking, and link building for the SurePayroll website to support online awareness and lead generation efforts.
Manages SEO agencies, including the planning, approvals and project execution.
Oversees and implements Localization efforts and Mobile Search tactics to increase SurePayroll web presence for regional and mobile searches.
Develops and generates weekly and monthly reporting for all major organic search metrics, goals tracking, and other SEO activities to ensure ROI and marketing goals are met.
Monitors and administers web analytics dashboards, reports, and reporting tools in order to identify key areas of importance and shares strategic insights and recommendations with relevant stakeholders.
Collaborates with the internal designer and content writers to coordinate and perform search engine optimization through design, content and structure to increase SurePayroll’s overall Search Engine Ranking.
Ensures SurePayroll keeps pace with industry-wide search engine optimization trends, updates and developments through collaboration with search engine partners, attending webinars and industry events, and conducting online research.
Evaluates and leverages new features of 3rd party SEO tools to support online lead generation efforts.
Validates data accuracy and resolves any data integrity issues between 3rd party applications and internal systems to ensure lead generation data is accurate.

5 years of experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) using a variety of SEO analytics tools, including Google Analytics, Yahoo/Bing Webmaster, Search Console, SEOmoz, Screaming Frog, Salesforce Einstein and SEM Rush in B2B environment, and utilizing Content Management Systems.
