Job Description
Position Overview:
Runs a Creative Center of Excellence to support the rest of the business on creative development and creative agency management. Responsible for overarching strategy/positioning development, audience development, creative and messaging strategy, and executional development, including analytics, optimization, agency partnerships, and cross-functional relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Develops, maintains and evolves overarching organizational audience strategy for marketing, communications, and media usage
- Develops/maintains overarching Brand Positioning and application of communications strategy through all Business Units
- Develops integrated creative and messaging strategy, including executional end-to-end development, such as campaigns, scorecards, optimizations, and leveraging of analytics and consumer insights to reinforce the brand value proposition across channels: TV, radio; digital; social, sponsorship, and content expertise
- Leads team of individuals dedicated to business areas and various consumer journeys
- Manages the internal creative agency, along with creative agencies, partnerships, and sponsorships to maximize in market performance of each piece of new creative
- Performs agency Management for the enterprise (in partnership with Procurement, LOBs, Agencies) including development and maintenance of Preferred Agency Roster management, ownership of Agency Statement Of Work/Budgeting, Agency Capabilities, on-boarding/off[1]boarding and Agency Evaluations/Reviews
- Owns Creative Operations - responsible for establishing cross functional intake process, developing standard communication processes, and strategic planning/creative solutioning
- Owns Centralized Creative Repository, Govern Design System and asset management for enterprise and develop and evolve shared learnings forum
- Owns Agency Financials Business (manage plan, forecast, invoices with agencies)
- Demonstrates strong people leadership skills and builds cross-functional relationships (internally and externally
Minimum Qualifications
At a minimum, here's what we need from you:
- Bachelor of Marketing, Analytics, Communications, Graphic Design, or Business
- 12+ years of experience in marketing, pricing, payments, customer experience, digital or related
In Lieu of Education:
- 15+ years of experience in marketing, pricing, payments, customer experience, digital, or related
Preferred Qualifications

- Master of Marketing, Analytics, Communications, Graphic Design, or Business
