Vice President of Global Marketing
Overview
We are seeking a Vice President of Global Marketing who will work cross-functionally with our Product, Sales, and Engineering teams to define and drive the execution of our marketing and brand strategy globally. They will support in building a world-class marketing function and ensure strong collaboration amongst the team.
Responsibilities (Corporate and Product Marketing)
- Beginning with a keen understanding of our market dynamics and company positioning, shape a clear strategic vision to build a company and product brand and develop the thought leadership platform to position the company across all communication channels and markets
- Position iManage as a thought leader amongst customers, in the press and analyst communities, and against competitors through the development of original content, execution of speaking engagements and other events
- Refine, improve and align the organization on product and solution value propositions
- Develop market /segment go to market strategies that encompass market sizing, whole product needs, positioning and competitive analysis
- Orchestrate global and segment specific campaigns to drive iManage growth, position, and differentiation in the industry that supports in meeting/exceeding revenue targets
- Manage and inspire a global marketing team across corporate marketing, product marketing, and industry/solutions marketing with clearly defined goals, and employee success strategies
- Collaborate across global marketing team and key stakeholders including Product, Sales, R&D, People Operations, and Finance to translate the business objectives into a cohesive go-to-market strategy
- Manage Global Marketing budgets, measuring and optimizing marketing programs based on clear and measurable KPIs to ensure effectiveness and demonstrate ROI
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree, technical (STEM ) preferred
- MBA preferred
- 10 years enterprise software experience, ideally at multiple companies including SaaS
- Demonstrated experience with technical products and marketing
- 5+ years of management experience in creation and execution enterprise software marketing campaigns
- 5+ years of experience managing and motivating high performing global marketing teams
- Thrive in a high-growth entrepreneurial technology environment
- Must be a creative, flexible, hands-on marketer that’s willing to roll up their sleeves and do whatever it takes to get the job done
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work effectively cross-functionally
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Exceptional verbal and written communications
