About the Role:

We are looking for a talented individual to join our growing Marketing team and serve as the Video and Interactive Marketing Manager. If you choose to accept, your mission will be to creatively collaborate with designers, writers, and others to identify video solutions that achieve business objectives, including storyboarding and storytelling. This includes, but is not limited to, product tour videos, new feature highlights, customer training videos, HR/culture videos, Social videos, etc. You will report to the VP of Marketing.

• Create videos/projects and complete all editing for the following:
  • Product tours, new feature highlights, and product showcases
  • How-to, best practices, and other educational videos
  • Customer case studies
  • Customer training
  • Sales training
  • HR/Culture
  • Special events documenting
  • Video blogs
  • Social media videos
  • Live video streaming
  • Webinars (including pre-recording, producing, and editing to post on website)
  • Other video production and marketing projects as needed
• Operate video cameras on location or in the studio
• Edit video, including creating rough cuts, color corrections, adding sound and graphics
• Transport, set up, and operate all production equipment including audio and lighting for field and studio production
• Coordinate and schedule photo/video shoots as required

About You:

The right person will have a balance of design, animation, video production, and marketing communications experience. In addition, the ideal candidate is an experienced writer with strong business communications skills and driven by metrics aligned with LearnCore’s customer acquisition objectives. This results-driven person will have experience establishing and measuring marketing tactics/strategies.

• Minimum of Associates or Bachelor’s degree
• 2 years related experience
• Expert knowledge of digital technology, video systems hardware and software, HD camera equipment, and sound technologies
• Sophisticated skills in correcting faulty footage and/or audio, grading/coloring, and adding special effects
• Excellent organization, flexibility, and attention to detail
• Works well with a team and independently
• Shows leadership and initiative to drive projects and deadlines
• Experience and ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth and dynamic environments
• Collaborative nature
• Ability to travel and work flexible hours; must be able to work long hours as needed for events and specific projects
