What you’ll do

  • Develop - create, expand, structure customer-first, innovative web experiences with clear long term vision and product strategy
  • Lead - grow and inspire front end developers charged with creating site and email experiences. Lead efforts with key vendors and agency partners.
  • Collaborate - proactively partner with stakeholders in technology, product management, design and creative to successfully plan, execute, measure, and optimize multiple web projects
  • Analyze - monitor and measure site performance using key metrics and outcomes to optimize and refine the web experience to improve performance and business impact
  • Innovate - create customer-facing experiments and manage A/B and multivariate optimization program to deliver dynamic experiences to maximize conversion and brand engagement
  • Prioritize - provide accurate scope and requirements for projects to stakeholders, based on business impact and resources available, taking designer and developer feedback

Who you are 

  • A constant learner, passionate about following and understanding the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, and production. A deep understanding of (and love for) great brands
  • Proven web management track record and understanding of agile development process: web strategy, architecture, design, UI/UX, supporting tech and optimization tools
  • Understand browser performance and common issues, and be able to ask the right questions and provide guidance to the developers; passionate about delivering high quality code and design
  • You can manage a project from start to finish with a holistic view. You know how to manage the details needed to get from strategy to execution
  • Build an engaging team culture around motivation, creativity, innovation, and ownership
  • Experience with analytics and experimentation tools - Google Analytics, Optimizely, CrazyEgg, Tableau, Tag manager
  • High level understanding of CMS, CDN, and Caching - Contentful, Akamai, Cloudinary, Responsys

What your background might look like

  • 5-7 years experience in digital marketing, web content management/optimization
  • BS in related fields : Marketing, Computer Science, or similar disciplines
  • Experience in a wide range of digital marketing practices such as SEO, SEM, content management systems, site analytics, web design, visual design, and usability testing
  • Experience with project management tools
  • Experience with the following or similar: Marketo, Google Chrome/Firefox or comparable web browser with developer toolset
