FourKites' website is the primary destination to experience the company’s brand and software products. It’s an important channel for audience engagement, lead generation and conversion. The Website Marketing Manager is responsible for end-to-end website management and optimization. This is a highly visible role within the marketing team requiring deep technical and analytical skills, strong project management and excellent communication skills.
As a Website Marketing Manager, you will:
- Plan, own and execute website strategy, make updates and improvements, add new capabilities to support marketing goals and business objectives
- Build, design and publish new content: blog, press, various types of pages
- Drive organic website traffic growth by executing SEO strategy: content optimization, onsite SEO, technical SEO, offsite SEO, site speed & performance, site structure
- Make data-driven recommendations and decisions, optimize visitor experience to increase engagement and improve conversion rate (CRO)
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, manage external web agencies and contractors
- Stay up to date on the latest web tools, technologies and best practices required to run a world-class website. Manage website localization and personalization initiatives
- Evaluate competitor and industry sites, identifying gaps and opportunities
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- 4+ years of experience in website management, SEO and CRO
- 3+ years of experience in designing, building and managing WordPress websites
- 2+ years of experience in front-end development: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- 1+ years of experience in content marketing strategy and best practices
- 1+ years of experience in digital marketing and B2B demand generation
- Experience building responsive, mobile-friendly, fast-loading websites. Experience in site structure, information architecture and sitemap best practices
- Experience in Google Analytics & Search Console, Yoast SEO, Semrush, Crazy Egg or equivalent tools
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to present and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong project manager. Able to prioritize multiple projects and adhere to deadlines
- Strong team player. Able to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
