Job Description

Position type: W2 Contract

Status: U.S. citizen, Green Card

Start: Immediate

Term: 4 months, potential extension

Location: Remote

What You’ll Do 

As a non-exempt/hourly employee at Burwood, the Microsoft 365 Consultant will be responsible for overseeing the design, architecture, implementation, and security of a variety of client environments.

In addition, the Microsoft 365 Consultant will be responsible for: 

• Liaise effectively between clients, IT staff, and business partners to ensure high quality and timely delivery 

• Assess Client requirements and scope and recommend appropriate solutions 

• Contribute across all phases of Burwood projects (e.g. Scope, Plan, Analyze, Design, Build and Test) 

• You will be required to be hands-on with Power Platform 

• Partner with cross-functional technology and design teams to ensure consistent, positive client interaction and solution delivery 

• Support the team in defining technical, operational and user requirements

• Oversee the timely and effective resolution of client issues

• Work under general guidance and direction, but fully independent in own work with latitude for autonomous decision-making related to work process 

Qualifications

Who You Are 

• You understand common Industry standard business practices supported by Power Platform 

• Experience in Power Platform (PowerApps Portal, Canvas and Model Driven Apps, Power Automate) and Dataverse 

• Experience and knowledge of working with Power Apps Component framework 

• Experience in a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment 

• Solid understanding of Relational Database concepts 

• Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall delivery models
