ACCOUNT MANAGER- HEALTHCARE

What you’ll bring:
•Client management experience in the healthcare industry-- preferably in revenue cycle
•Track record of retaining and growing revenue by selling complex solutions to VP and C-level
•Excellent communication (verbal and written) and relationship development skills
•Full competency on Microsoft Office suite of products
•Able to travel at least 50% of the time
We’d love to see:
•At least 5+ year of client management experience with increasing responsibility
•Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
•Strong organizational, administrative and pipeline management skills
•Proficient in CRM use, preferably Salesforce
Impact you’ll make:
•As a client manager, you will have the primary relationship between TransUnion Healthcare and your clients. To succeed, you will need an in-depth understanding of your clients and TransUnion Healthcare to establish credibility, build strong personal relationships and to be a partner and trusted advisor. Success will be measured by high client retention and satisfaction and sales of additional TransUnion Healthcare solutions.
•In the first 90 days, you’ll develop an in-depth overview of TransUnion Healthcare to see how our products and people deliver client value. You’ll learn about your clients and the value and relationships that TransUnion Healthcare is bringing to them today and you’ll develop and begin executing your plan to increase that value.
•After that first 90 days, you’ll continue to develop your client relationships to deepen your understanding of their needs and build credibility as a trusted advisor. You’ll enhance your knowledge of TransUnion Healthcare’s products, people and operations to ensure that you have the expertise and relationships to offer the right solutions to your clients and to advocate for your client with internal constituencies.
