Good news! 1WorldSync is looking for a Customer Success Representative to join our team at our downtown Chicago headquarters. 

1WorldSync is the industry leader in product content management. With 600 employees across the US, Brazil, Canada, France, Mexico, Portugal, Switzerland, and the UK, we’re seeking a Customer Success Representative to support our growing global team.

Reporting directly to our Director of Customer Success, the Customer Success Representative is responsible for executing strategic customer upsell campaigns, renewals, and retention activities within our growing small to medium enterprise (SME) customer segment. We are looking for self-motivated customer success professionals with a passion for solving problems and working in collaborative team environments.

As a Customer Success Representative at 1WorldSync, responsibilities include the following: 

  • Utilize value based selling skills to uncover clients existing service issues and needs, explain our value proposition, and provide alternative solutions to meet the client’s needs
  • Drive market share gains and meet company expectations for growth by completing a large volume of outbound phone calls each day
  • Ensures territory of customers renew on an annual basis
  • Manage a territory and close opportunities utilizing inbound and outbound calls to meet/exceed quota for the 1WS portfolio of products
  • Qualify opportunities from campaign and program lists and drive them through the sales cycle
  • Ensure appropriate identification, planning, account qualification, and needs analysis are performed at all levels, and demonstrate familiarity with the sales cycle
  • Respond to requests from customers for information and delivery of online presentations
  • Conduct effective transfer of enterprise account leads to field sales team
  • Effectively use the CRM tool to enter all customer-related information into the system
  • Keep current on competition, competitive issues and products
  • Keep management informed of all activity, including timely preparation of reports
  • Follow and participate in security practices as needed

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Equivalent job experience
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in a sales or sales support role, preferably customer success, inside sales, telemarketing and/or prospecting with account management responsibility

  • Some college preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to easily understand technology and communicate it to prospects
  • Quick learner and self-starter with an entrepreneurial work ethic
  • Results-oriented team player with a committed effort to exceed individual goals
  • Track record in consistently exceeding individual sales goals
  • Goal-oriented with strong selling skills
  • Ability to handle in-coming inquiries and bring them to contract closure
