Job Description
- Preparing monthly carrier bills and payments along with the underlying reconciliation.
- Processing monthly client payments through our online bank portal; maintaining our financial application, recording those monthly payment transactions, and monitoring balances.
-Generating monthly employer billing for our channel partner client.
- Consulting clients on standard support processes and reporting, while considering client nuances.
- Proactively identifying, researching, and resolving discrepancies between all parties: bswift, the client and carriers
- Acting as an internal control check point by performing routine audits and checks to confirm data credibility, analyzing data for consistency, accuracy, and reasonableness.
- Identifying appropriate cross-functional and external stakeholders to resolve client system / data errors, determining root cause, communicating to client, and making appropriate updates.
- Ensuring the timely and high-quality completion of all activities and communications required to maintain compliance and raving fans.
- Managing Open Enrollment activities specific to billing services, including auditing new plans and rates.
- Ensuring that internal systems and process documentation are maintained and kept up to date, including our billing platform and client procedures.

Required Qualifications
- Three to five years of experience in client account management
- Experience with reconciling activities.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (V-Lookup, Pivot Tables, etc.)
- Familiarity with internal controls processes
- Strong communication skills, ability to be client-facing
- Self-starter with a positive personality who can contribute to the bswift culture, demonstrates initiative and eagerness to learn

Preferred Qualifications
- Client account management experience in the benefits admin or insurance space
- Solid understanding of accounting principles

Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Business
