Position Summary

DCG marketing team is seeking an experienced, results driven Account Management professional to drive marketing strategy and execution for our Tall Ridge clients on Amazon and other online marketplaces (Walmart, Jet.com, etc.). The ideal candidate is a passionate marketing leader who has a track record of achieving (and measuring) great results for clients through digital marketing.  As an Account Manager, you will work directly with our clients to provide them with thought leadership, marketing strategy and project execution with the goal of optimizing their brand visibility, improving mark share and increasing sales on Amazon and other online marketplaces

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the point of contact for Tall Ridge Clients in the outdoor category
  • Oversee key Tall Ridge Client Account Management activities including:
    • SKU product feed creation and optimization
    • Product Listing content creation and optimization
    • A+ Product content creation and optimization
    • Advertising campaign buildout and optimization
    • Product review email campaign buildout and optimization
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships that foster loyalty
  • Suggest, design, and implement projects with specific objectives, KPIs and priorities for Tall Ridge clients
  • Perform daily, weekly analyses at the ASIN level of TR data. Produce weekly internal update noting trends, insights, and highlighting any issues along with action plans to address. Data includes but is not limited to:
    • Buy box %
    • Sales
    • Sessions
    • Conversion rate
    • Inventory levels
    • Advertising (Sessions, Sales, CV, ACoS)
    • Review quantity and start rating
  • Produce weekly seller landscape report for TR clients. Work with Data Team to create weekly landscape report for TR clients that ties seller landscape to sales and BuyBox  data
  • Internal owner and knowledge center for all things related to Marketplace (especially Amazon Seller Central and AMS) best practices, capabilities, data requirements, operational processes, issue debugging and escalation procedures
  • Become the internal go-to for what is happening with the TR business based on daily, weekly analysis of business KPIs
  • Work in collaboration with PPC specialist to optimize paid search program ROI
  • Address client queries effectively and in a timely manner
  • Lead Tall Ridge clients through the onboarding process to ensure a seamless program launch
  • Perform A/B testing scenarios to optimize client product listing performance
  • Measure, report and assess client performance against goals.
  • Identify and present trends and actionable insights to optimize program performance
  • Educate clients on Tall ridge Marketplace capabilities and services
  • Manage workflow collaboration across teams to ensure client investment is on track, executed flawlessly and completed on time
  • Perform project management tasks such as managing timelines, prioritizing work, ensuring tasks are completed and moving per plan and according to deadlines

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in professional client relationship management
  • A solid background in digital advertising, design or marketing especially
  • The ability to plan and strategize at a senior level
  • The ability to multitask and hit designated project deadlines
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Effective team management capabilities
  • A keen attention to detail and budgetary restraints
  • The willingness to note relevant trends and develop ideas
  • The ability to work as an authoritative figure in a busy team

Tall Ridge has 2 office locations: our main office is in Elk Grove Village, and our satellite office is at TechNexus, located in downtown Chicago
