Account Manager (Chicago-based)
Mobile Doorman, the leading white-label app solution for the multifamily industry, is looking for a Manager of Customer Experience to join our account management team in creating long-term, trusting relationships with our clients.

- Serve as a lead point for all client outreach
- Facilitate product training sessions with new and current clients
- Work closely with tech for client resolutions
- Build and maintain strong client relations
- Communicate with sales team on account status
- 2+ years Customer Service Experience (tech-related is a plus)
- Property management experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
- Ability to juggle multiple account management projects and maintain attention to detail
