SpotHero is seeking an Account Manager to nurture and grow some of our most important business relationships. Provide guidance and support to clients with compassion and a high attention to detail. What will you do?

• Secure and expand the revenue of your portfolio of operator partners by building strong relationships.
  • Monitor dashboards to understand opportunities for improvement.
  • Proactively provide rate recommendations and opportunities for inventory adjustments.
  • Add new locations to the SpotHero platform where available.
• Manage all client requests, updates, and questions.
• Meet goals around optimizations to improve SpotHero supply.
• Collaborate with our Sales Team on cross functional projects.

• Team Oriented. You have a positive attitude and are always eager to help out with the next project.

Pre-Requisites:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with 1+ years experience in a customer or client facing role
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and adapt to the constantly changing needs of your clients
• Incredibly resourceful with creative problem-solving skills
• Experience with CRM (Salesforce is a plus) and BI Tools (Looker preferred) a plus
