We’re looking for a people-person. The kind of people-person whose ability to connect with others accomplishes goals. Whether those goals are for the client or Smokeball, the Account Managers here are pros at providing high-quality client experiences by becoming the client’s allies and advocates. Over the course of a week, your responsibilities could include:

  • Engage regularly with clients to enhance the value of utilizing Smokeball software.
  • Handle day to day tasks and issues, investigate client problems, determine source, and recommend possible solutions to achieve effective resolution and client satisfaction.
  • Effectively, professionally, and empathetically address and provide solutions for challenging client situations. 
  • Troubleshoot problems and identify ways we can be consistently providing excellent service to our clients.
  • Collaborate and work with Onboarding Specialists and Client Trainers to ensure clients are tracking towards ongoing success.

Who You Are:

What You Bring:

  • 2-3 years of relevant client-facing experience, preferably in the tech environment or legal industry.  
  • A clear and impassioned customer relationship management philosophy, along with outstanding customer relationship capabilities.     
  • Ability to communicate technical information to nontechnical users. 
  • Highly energetic and self-motivated with excellent time management and communication skills
