Account Manager
SpotHero is seeking an Account Manager to nurture and grow some of our most important business relationships. Provide guidance and support to clients with compassion and a high attention to detail. An exceptional communicator with the unique ability to relate to anyone, our ideal candidate has a natural knack for building strong relationships.

What will you do?
- Manage a rapidly growing portfolio.
- Secure and expand the revenue of your portfolio of operator partners by building strong relationships.
- Monitor dashboards to understand opportunities for improvement.
- Proactively provide rate recommendations and opportunities for inventory adjustments.
- Add new locations to the SpotHero platform where available.
- Have a deep understanding for client needs.
- Provide stellar client support and communication.
- Proactively present new opportunities for revenue growth to clients.
- Collaborate with our Sales Team on cross functional projects.

- Naturally curious and innovative. Extremely creative and constantly looking for ways to improve upon things.
- Team Oriented. You have a positive attitude and are always eager to help out with the next project.
Pre-Requisites:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with 1+ years experience in a customer or client facing role
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and adapt to the constantly changing needs of your clients
- Incredibly resourceful with creative problem-solving skills
- Experience with CRM (Salesforce is a plus) and BI Tools (Looker preferred) a plus
