Accounts Customer Service Specialist

SUMMARY
We are looking for 1-2 entry to mid-level customer account specialists to provide seamless account opening experiences, superior customer relations, and attentive account maintenance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide friendly, accurate, and efficient support via chat, email, and phone.
- Assist customers with new account applications, account maintenance, and banking requests.
- Approve accounts and perform ongoing customer due diligence.
- Comply with industry Anti-Money Laundering (“AML”) regulations and assist the AML Officer.
- Provide input and recommendations for improvement regarding current policies, procedures, and technologies.
REQUIREMENTS
- Customer service experience or interest in a customer service role
- Extremely proficient with use of technology
- Willingness to collaborate with teammates to address time sensitive issues
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills, effective in customer interactions, and ability to identify appropriate solutions
- Experience or avid interest in the financial industry
- Detail-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and uphold applicable regulatory requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or related work experience
- Series 7 (or SIE and 7 Top-Off) and Series 63 (or 66) license preferred but not required

We are currently all working from home until it becomes safe to return to the offices. This role would be onboarded almost entirely remotely.
