What You'll Bring
2+ years’ experience providing support to multiple executives or senior level managementStrong organizational skills that reflect the ability to complete assignments accurately within given deadlines, and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
Quick adaptation and flexibility to changing priorities and deadlines
Ability to perform overall duties and responsibilities of this position with minimal to no direction
Pro-activity and sense of urgency
Exemplary interpersonal skills and ability to develop relationships with key stakeholders and acting as an extension of supported executives and a corner- stone to the team
Advanced technical capabilities and knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
Previous knowledge of ADP, Concur and Skype is preferred
Drive, energy, and adaptability
Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
This role includes the following responsibilities:
Anticipate and prepare a daily schedule of the executive's meetings and priorities. Ensure the most effective use of the executive’s time.
Work closely and effectively with the executive; keeping the executive well informed of upcoming commitments and/or responsibilities. Proactively following up on administrative/operational duties associated with executive’s area of responsibility.
Initiate, establish and communicate department meetings on behalf of the executive. Follows-through on meeting actionable items expeditiously.
Manage and arrange domestic and international travel plans/ itineraries (including visa applications)
Process and complete executive’s weekly expense report(s) and reconciles corporate credit card account(s)
Coordinate food and beverage requests for executives, their group, meetings and/or events
Book meeting room(s) and handle other meeting requirements for the team
Create / update decks in PowerPoint and run presentations during meetings
Handle logistics for on/off-site conferences, Town Halls, internal associate celebratory/appreciation events, and other tasks as needed
Function as office manager with regards to supply needs, cleanliness and meeting room policies
Act as timekeeper and payroll coordinator for the teams

We are seeking an experienced, driven administrative assistant who will support the VP of Batch Credit Services (BCS) and Data Acquisition Services (DAS) as well as their teams (100+ associates). This is a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment and we are looking for someone with outstanding interpersonal skills who multitasks well and manages people and priorities in a group environment. This person not only acts as an administrative assistant to the executives they support but will also be responsible for providing various administrative tasks for the team as well as be the to-go-to person on the floor.This role includes the following responsibilities:
