As an Assistant on Demand, you will provide additional support to brokers that have opted in to our Assistant on Demand program, giving them time back in their day to focus on what they do best.

You will work closely with 3 leading agent(s), providing real estate related support, using our best-in-class technology. You will be responsible for managing incoming requests, preparing and creating marketing collateral, appointment setup and more. In this role you’ll develop a nuanced understanding of each Agents’ business and operational needs.

At Compass you will:

• Build efficiency and effective responsiveness into Agent’s existing operations, and help define new operational strategies
• Work closely with and contribute to the growth of Compass Agent’s business and peace of mind
• Effectively manage internal and external communications on behalf of the Broker and Compass
• Utilize Compass provided technology as an operational growth tool
• Prepare and collaborate with Broker and Compass teams on listings and transactions.

What We’re Looking For:

• B.A or B.S degree, or equivalent experience
• Must be extremely organized, energetic, focused, goal oriented and resourceful
• Pleasant and professional demeanor at all times with great attention to detail
• Expectation of confidentiality on all business matters
• Self-starter attitude and ability to exercise judgment and problem-solve with minimal supervision
• Proficiency with Google suite of products (docs, sheets, slides)
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, execute excellent follow-up for projects,contract deadlines and deliverables in a fast-paced environment
